These Terms of Sale govern every purchase from Progressive Bioscience LLC. Please read them before ordering. Your use of this website itself is governed separately by our Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing from Progressive Bioscience you agree these materials are acquired for laboratory research use only and not for human or veterinary consumption.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases from Progressive Bioscience. Placing an order constitutes acceptance in full.

2. Eligibility & Certification

You certify that you are at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution acquiring materials solely for lawful in-vitro research, and that materials will not be used for human or veterinary consumption or any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic purpose.

3. Research-Use-Only

All materials are supplied strictly for laboratory research and are not approved for any use other than research.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where non-research use is suspected, or to correct pricing or inventory errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Progressive Bioscience is not liable for any damages arising from the handling, use, or misuse of materials. The purchaser assumes all risk.

7. Indemnification

The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Progressive Bioscience from any claim arising out of the purchaser’s handling, use, resale, or disposal of any material.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale and is incorporated into them by reference. By placing an order you accept that policy, including its claim windows, non-returnable categories, restocking terms, and the requirement to contact us before initiating a payment dispute.

10. Shipment, Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Claims for material lost or damaged in transit are handled under the Refund & Return Policy.

11. Resale and Export

Materials are supplied for the purchaser’s own research use and may not be resold, redistributed, relabelled, or repackaged for sale. We ship within the United States only and do not authorise export of any material supplied.
