Refund & Return Policy
Prototype policy — have counsel review before launch.
Because these are sensitive research materials, opened or temperature-sensitive items generally cannot be returned once they leave our facility.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified issues.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and integrity reasons, opened materials, temperature-sensitive materials, and custom or clearance items are non-returnable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Lost Shipments
If tracking indicates a shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation and make it right.
