1. Acceptance
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases from Progressive Bioscience. Placing an order constitutes acceptance in full.
2. Eligibility & Certification
You certify that you are at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution acquiring materials solely for lawful in-vitro research, and that materials will not be used for human or veterinary consumption or any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic purpose.
3. Research-Use-Only
All materials are supplied strictly for laboratory research and are not approved for any use other than research.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in [USD] and subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where non-research use is suspected, or to correct pricing or inventory errors.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Progressive Bioscience is not liable for any damages arising from the handling, use, or misuse of materials. The purchaser assumes all risk.
7. Indemnification
The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Progressive Bioscience from any claim arising out of the purchaser’s handling, use, resale, or disposal of any material.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
