How orders are processed, packaged, and delivered.

Shipping Rates

Flat rate: $8.95 on domestic orders under $125 (USPS Ground Advantage with tracking).

Free U.S. shipping on orders of $125 or more. Applied automatically at checkout.

Processing

Orders paid by ACH or wire begin processing after funds are received and cleared. Once payment clears, orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.

Packaging

Lyophilized research materials are stable at ambient temperature for standard transit windows and are packaged to preserve integrity. Where a material requires temperature control, it ships with appropriate insulation and cold packs at no additional charge.

Domestic Shipping

Materials ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking provided by email once the order leaves our facility. Estimated transit is 2–5 business days depending on destination.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is issued automatically when your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of payment clearing, contact our research support team at 877-737-8430.

Storage On Arrival

Upon receipt, store materials according to the guidance on the accompanying documentation — generally protected from light and moisture, with lyophilized materials kept frozen for long-term storage.

Shipping Restrictions

No card transactions are allowed for international shipping.
